Small grass lawn resculputured into food-producing, soil-building, water circulating permaculture oasis!
Create an urban permaculture oasis!
How is permaculture currently helping people to deal with existing hazards like storms, drought, extreme heat and cold?
How can permaculturists develop their skills to support adaptation and the hazards we'll be experiencing in the future?
This workshop is for people interested in connecting academic and informal research to permaculture. How can academic and informal research be both an input and an output of your permaculture projects?
We will discuss the challenges to our willingness to share, live and work together etc. And how these challenges affect the long-term success of our designs. What really makes us humans fully thrive, besides a fully stocked critter roaming food forest? - the fulfillment of our vast array of needs .... and most of them concern the human connection.
People all around the world are surrounded by nature. In some places, it's not as clear as in others, but we are all dependent on its existence. Through different games and exercises, the participants will reflect, explore and create a deeper bond with nature. Warmly welcome!
It doesn't matter where we are or what we do, nature is with us. In this workshop, we will through games and exercises, explore and create a deeper interaction with nature. We will also talk about how we can help other people build a stronger relationship to the nature we all are dependent on. Bring an open mind and join in!
