Learn how to make the most of the short and beautiful summer with an outdoor kitchen. Together we will build the basic elements needed to comfortably cook outdoors. Our focus will be on making a kitchen island, dish washing station and rocket stove. We will discuss how we can integrate the kitchen's functions, inputs/outputs with the local site and plan the development of the next stages. The course is an introduction to outdoor kitchens and their role in a more sustainable lifestyle, closer to nature and its cycles. You should leave with an understanding of how to build your own and what components are most important to think about.
